Under no circumstances is it permissible to remove the artist's signature from a work.

Unless otherwise agreed upon, all commissions are for personal use.

Commercial use licences are available for additional fees and negotiation. Personal, non-commercial art may not be used for the creation or promotion of monetized content by anyone other than the original artist.

Your request must be precisely interpreted, which requires clear communication.

Failure to comply with the outlined terms may result in the commission being denied or revoked.

Commissions can be paid in full upfront or in two installments of 50% upfront and 50% prior to sending the completed artwork.

Unless there was a misunderstanding on my part, there will be an additional charge for any revisions to the final drawing.

The artist reserves the right to cancel the commission and issue a full refund IF the commissioned piece has not been coloured.

If the client discontinues communication for more than one week, the commission will be deemed complete and no refunds will be issued.

Forcing a chargeback will result in both public and private blacklisting. All rights that may have been bestowed in relation to the artwork will be retracted and appropriate legal action may be taken.

If you request a PayPal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund you will lose all beforementioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will deny the chargeback and provide PayPal with our conversations regarding the commission as proof that I have completed the work. In addition, you will be blacklisted from commissioning me in the future.

All drawings will include a subtle sign that you cannot remove.

I have the right to reject any order that I do not feel comfortable drawing for any reason.

If anything comes up that will slow the progress of the initially estimated delivery time, I will let you know asap.

The client is allowed to use the commissioned piece for personal use unless agreed otherwise (you can upload it on all your social media profiles, servers, etc.)

Use the artwork to promote themselves. You must give me credit when you post it.

You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, make prints, etc.) unless discussed otherwise.

Before beginning work, I request that the client provide a comprehensive description of their needs. (Height, hair colour, length of hair, etc.)

I will be making multiple heavy sketches so my clients can choose which sketch they like the most and I'll be collaborating with it.

Full payment and completion of a commission should take between one and four days.
